Assoc. Prof. Viktor Prokop, Ph.D.

Viktor Prokop is an Associate Professor and Vice-Dean for External Affairs, Faculty of Economics and Administration, University of Pardubice, Czech Republic. He primarily specializes in innovativeness and environmental behaviour of firms in Central and Eastern European countries. He is the author or co-author of more than 70 articles indexed in Scopus/Web of Science databases and is one of the editors of the book Business Models for the Circular Economy: A European Perspective (published by Springer). His current research interests include innovation ecosystems, (eco)innovation determinants, and open innovation models. His works were published in leading journals such as Technological Forecasting and Social Change, Energy Policy, Business Strategy and the Environment, Journal of Cleaner Production, R&D Management, and Corporate Social Responsibility and Environmental Management. Viktor Prokop is the member of the Management Committee of the EU COST Action LIAISE and the principal investigator of a grant entitled Twin-transition for greener Innovation Ecosystems: Modelling paths for multi-helix stakeholders, provided by the Czech Science Foundation.
